Cookie policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
The website quodus.ai uses cookies.
Cookies are files sent to a browser by a web server to record User activities on a website or web page services (hereinafter, the services). Cookies are used to provide faster access to the selected services, and to personalize the services offered on the website based on the user’s habitual choices and preferences when using the services.
The cookies the website needs to work are installed on every visit. The rest, for analytics and marketing, are only installed if the user allows them in the cookie banner, and the user can change that choice at any time. Rejecting them does not prevent access to the services.
Use of cookies by the website
In compliance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that this website, like most sites on the Internet, uses cookies to improve and optimize the user experience. Below you will find detailed information on what cookies are, what type this website uses, how to change the settings of your cookies, and what happens if you disable them.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small file that is downloaded to the user’s computer for the purpose of storing data, which can be updated and retrieved by the entity responsible for its installation.
Cookies can be:
- Technical cookies: those that allow the user to browse a website, platform or application and use the different options or services it offers, such as controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted areas, remembering the items in an order, completing the purchase of an order, applying to register for or take part in an event, using security features while browsing, storing content for broadcasting video or sound, or sharing content through social networks.
- Personalization cookies: those that allow the user to access the service with some general features predefined according to a series of criteria in the user’s terminal, such as the language, the type of browser used to access the service, the regional settings from which the service is accessed, etc.
- Analysis cookies: those that, whether processed by us or by third parties, allow us to quantify the number of users and thus measure and statistically analyze how users use the service offered. To do so, their browsing on the website is analyzed in order to improve the range of products or services offered.
- Third-party cookies: those sent to the user’s device from a domain or web page that is not managed by the publisher of the website, but by another entity.
- Session cookies: a type of cookie designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website. These cookies are not kept on the user’s computer when the session expires or the browser is closed.
- Persistent cookies: a type of cookie whose data remain stored on the user’s computer and can be accessed and processed when the user leaves the website and when they connect to it again. The user can delete these cookies at any time.
Cookies used on this website
This website installs the following cookies on the visitor’s device. The first two are needed for it to work and are always installed; the rest only once the visitor has allowed analytics or marketing in the cookie banner.
| Cookie | Domain | Purpose | Expiry | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| i18n_redirected | quodus.ai | Remembers the language the website is shown in, so a visitor who arrives on the home page is not redirected again. | 1 year | Persistent, own, personalization |
| qd_consent | quodus.ai | Records which optional cookies the visitor allowed, and when, so the banner does not ask again. | 1 year | Persistent, own, technical |
| _ga | quodus.ai | Google Analytics: tells visitors apart, to count visits and pages seen. Only if analytics is allowed. | 2 years | Persistent, third party (Google), analysis |
| _ga_68S5B3CTD2 | quodus.ai | Google Analytics: keeps the state of the visit. Only if analytics is allowed. | 2 years | Persistent, third party (Google), analysis |
| __cf_bm | apollo.io | Set by Cloudflare for Apollo.io, to tell people from automated traffic. Only if marketing is allowed. | 30 minutes | Persistent, third party (Apollo.io), technical |
With marketing allowed, Apollo.io also keeps in the browser’s local storage, which works like a cookie, an anonymous visitor identifier (apolloAnonId) and the record of the visit’s events waiting to be sent to it (two entries named after our Apollo account). They stay until the visitor withdraws consent or clears the browser’s data.
The home page also shows a YouTube video in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). In this mode YouTube does not use cookies to record the viewing until the visitor plays the video; from then on, Google may store cookies or other identifiers in their browser under its own privacy policy.
Your consent
Analytics and marketing cookies are only installed if you allow them in the banner shown on your first visit, where you can accept them all, reject them all, or choose by kind. The banner remembers your choice for a year and then asks again.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from Cookie settings, at the foot of every page. Withdrawing it deletes the cookies and local storage those tools had left on quodus.ai.
Google Analytics is a service of Google Ireland Limited, and Apollo.io of Apollo.io, Inc., in the United States, so using them may involve transfers of data outside the European Economic Area. Each explains how it handles data in its own privacy policy: Google, Apollo.io.
How to disable cookies in the main browsers
Cookies can be blocked or disabled with your browser’s settings. The browser lets you refuse the installation of all cookies, or choose to refuse only some of them.
These are the help pages of the main browsers, where you can find out how to disable cookies:
What happens if you disable cookies
If you reject analytics and marketing cookies you can use our website exactly as before. If you block every cookie in your browser, it will also stop remembering the language you chose and your cookie choice, so it may show itself in your browser’s language when you arrive on the home page, and the banner will ask again.
Changes to the cookie policy
The website quodus.ai may modify this cookie policy either by incorporating new cookies due to the need for new content that may be offered or due to legislative or regulatory requirements that make it necessary to change it. Therefore, we recommend that users visit the policy before starting to browse the website and every time they visit it again.
