Integrations
Your timetable, reloaded every night. From whatever system already holds it.
Quodus connects to the SIS or scheduling software you already use, a homegrown tool, a database or a spreadsheet. Every night it reloads the timetable, so a session moved today is in Quodus by morning, and every classroom, lab and study room is measured against the plan in force.

We connect to any system
There are four ways in, so one always fits. Your IT team picks the one that suits your system, and we set it up with them once.
Web service or API
We use the API your vendor already provides. The usual route for SIS and scheduling software.
- REST
- SOAP
Database
Read-only access to a view or a replica of the database. For homegrown and legacy systems with no API.
- SQL Server
- Oracle
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
Shared file
Your system exports the timetable on a schedule to an SFTP server or a shared folder, and Quodus picks up each new file.
- SFTP
- Shared folder
- CSV
- XML
Excel or CSV upload
For timetables kept in a spreadsheet. You upload the file straight into Quodus whenever the plan changes.
- XLS
- XLSX
- CSV
If it holds your timetable, we can connect to it.
How the integration works
We connect to your system
Set up once with your IT team, by whichever route suits your system: an API, a database, a shared file or an upload.
We bring in the planning
Courses, rooms, groups and time slots come in with every sync, or with each file you upload, so Quodus always works with the schedule in force.
We compare plan and real use
Our sensors add what actually happened in each space, turning your existing schedule into utilization rates and actionable insights.
We improve what you already have, we don't replace it
Quodus is not another scheduling tool. Your teams keep planning where they plan today; we read that plan, keep it in sync and hand it back enriched with real-use data.
- Read-only connection: Quodus never writes back to your scheduling system
- No change to how your teams create and manage timetables
- No data migration and no parallel system to maintain
- Changes are picked up on every sync, or with each new file you upload

Don't see your system?
The list above shows where we already have connectors. It isn't the limit: homegrown tools, legacy databases and timetables kept in a spreadsheet connect through one of the four ways in. Tell us what you use and we'll tell you which one fits.
