DATA PROTECTION POLICY.-
ADWALK TECH, S.L. is aware of the importance of the privacy of personal data treatments and has therefore implemented a data treatment policy aimed at providing maximum security in their use and collection, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations in the matter and configuring such policy as one of the basic pillars in the entity’s lines of action.
ADWALK TECH, S.L. informs users of the website www.quodus.ai that, respecting the current legislation on the protection of personal data, the privacy of users and the secrecy of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (RGPD) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April, we have adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of personal data provided, given the state of technology, the nature of the data, and the risks to which they are exposed.

Access and/or use of this Quodus portal implies the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected here. The aforementioned Conditions will apply regardless of the General Contracting Conditions that may be of mandatory compliance.
Quodus.tech/Quodus.ai provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “content”) on the Internet belonging to Quodus or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content.
In said registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password, for which he/she will be responsible,
